ISX was probably picked up by ISS due to its inclusion into the ASX300 meaning that clients of ISS would be likely to look at the company and want to know its ESG rating.

As said in the announcement it was independent. You would also know this if you had bothered to look up ISS and how these proxy advisory firms work. The amount of false info on this forum is mad.

Do your research people.

Right, so they are paid by vested interests. That is all that people need to know.
