To your point, yes I'm open to the idea of them both coming from the same general starting point as business models.

With that in mind, it's worth noting that one of them (ISS) is providing an standardised ESG rating on a range of businesses, which is both publicly explained and understood.

The other (OM) has taken a more hostile approach. From what I understand from the ANNs and discussion here, they have done the following:

taken a negative view on ISX (rightly or wrongly),
not spoken to the target business (ISX) as part of their analysis, or provided an opportunity to discuss/rebut
some feeling amongst holders that they have potentially contravened ASIC guidelines in the way they've gone about this
not released the report publicly
(There may be other differences, but that's sufficient for the point)

Those details give me some pause when deciding whether I have the 'exact same view', to quote you, about both organisations.

Again, I don't pretend to know what the full story is here, and I don't want to launch into a protracted battle of words with other users. I (and most of us here, including Anie) are lacking a lot of the details at this stage.

In my view, both of them did nothing illegal or even "bad" and they are free to do so. That is my view, a view that all of you do not share. Instead, the narrative that you all want to pursue OM and turn them into an expedient scapegoat. Forget about asking asking ISX for anything let alone ask for more transparancy. The underlying reason why you holders do that? I think purely because of the most selfish of reasoning, ie MONEY, PROFIT, GREED. Look at what you all did, resorting to constant barrage of abuse, profanities, downright defamation, slander, etc.

Explain what is wrong with taking a negative view on ANYTHING?

Explain to me why there is a need for OM to consult ISX first?

Feelings of holders? ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT.

Explain why you think that the report should be released publically?
