Based on the AFR article I read, the report by OM merely question things and provide their own analysis on ISX based on publically available information. How can analysis and critic be lies? Are you proposing that OM presented new information, which are imaginary and thus a work of fiction?
You know people here calling me Jewel Topsfield before and dragged her name, some poor human being, through the mud just bully critic of the company into silence. Technically speaking that is pure defamation and here you all are talking about what is legal and ethical???
