I used to hold and was very much a supporter of Mark Simari - Not sure what to make of it as MS plan certainly isn't what AJ executed in the end. The announcements seemed to indicate a different direction once MS left. I sold out because I did not believe that a large corporate executive could run a nimble independent company. I was less than impressed with the communication and sold out. ASt one point in its early days we were a significant holder.
I hope this rings in a new era in the communication process by going back to under-promise and over-deliver. Plus an openness and frankness in communication.
Really I am surprised that MS has returned even as a Non-executive.
I rate MS in the building of an entrepreneurial style business but in some ways, I am of the opinion that PGC got far too large for him - That's my personal view. I don't know anything about the new CEO.
The company will remain on my radar but I need to see what direction they are heading before investing. I also don't like directors having interests or directorships in other medical companies at the same time. I think TS the chair ( who is a non-executive) is involved with a medical company that was delisted and is now an unlisted medical company and of course MS is a Non-executive director of NHL.
I am interested in this change but will adopt a wait and see approach.
