Spek , good stuff , I guess it is all about how you value the IP .
I believe the market values the IP and at present does not , re SP re poor negotiation position.
Maybe the added value of the WB deal will inspire interest and confidence and improve FBR negotiation position , particularly if worlds biggest brick maker is on board , they would have done due diligence.
