As mgmt projected in the last quarterly, there will be around $4 million in the bank at year end - 4 weeks. To reach the 3 million ounce goal, they need another $15 million. So they have a decision to make. Raise now or later. The last 2 Anns did nothing to move the share price. That leaves mgmt feeling that it's better to take a 20% discount from 5 cents now than 20% from 3.5 cents four months from now.
