I somewhat disagree. I figured a two week suspension was simply a period in which they were comfortable that they would have everything sorted. But as it gets closer to the specific day they requested the suspension last until, I am starting to think they were wait9ing on something to happen. Maybe another offtake agreement with DL (that would account for the "for the record" Instagram post about not leaking (if that's what it was about).
