My advice is don't rely on a person's interpretation of a conversation posted on hotcopper. You need to understand nuances like context and tone, even if you are to believe a conversation happened in the first place. I don't believe the interpretation but even if it was an accurate representation of what was said it wouldn't have any substance in a real sense because no company ever wants to see the SP be hit as it affects sentiment and that's everything.
