The quality of an MoU is entirely dependent on the counter party. Some chinese no name would be of little significance but a Tier 1 player, likely Korean given Scott's open discussion about their long standing relationship with the Koreans, would indeed be of significance.

How could it be anything more than an MoU at this stage given the lack of clarity around the resource, processing pathway etc etc?

IF the counterparty is willing to be named and they are indeed tier 1 then this will be hugely significant.

Industry validation in this market is extremely valuable.
