Hi Red Barron. Did you not read the court transcript? It appears that their action against the AAT and ASQA failed and as such their Australian RTO registration has not been re-registered. If this is correct, their annual revenue just took at 12-14 million dollar hit. At the very least this should require an announcement to explain the current position but all I hear is crickets.....
