    Looking forward to AGM,won't be attending because I am not a shareholder BUT
    investors should get a clear idea where company is headed.

    There should be big news any day soon .

    4 1/2 years is a long time to wait BUT according to ASX company announcements the deals are "imminent" or "discussions are progressing" whichever comes first.
