At the end of the day though, its a job. The majority of people work a job to receive money, so that they can pay mortgages, other bills and put food on the table.

Of course, if a director was already financially well off, they could opt to do this of their own volition..... otherwise, you have to assume that they're working for exactly the same reason that we are because unless advertised, you don't know their personal financial position.

Now whether or not you think they're worth what they're paid, is up to you. You even get to use your shares to vote on it.
However, working without receiving a salary just isn't feasible for most.

My main point though, is that when assessing whether or not Jason is worth what he is being paid, we need to allow a little more time to pass, as he's only just stepped into the MD role and his work to date hasn't really correlated properly with the SP movement, particularly if you're using the progress over the past few years as a reference.

The gold project looks great, but really looking forward to seeing how this round of exploration pans out.
In regards to AB, I know they're looking to re-open communication pathways O/S and they are pushing hard to get a result (and not a half arsed one) for AB, as they do see value in the project.
