I am not complaining about the market or concerned about my investment (I actually bought in just a couple of days ago at sub 25). Its not right only the share holders got the punishment at the end. Smells a bit corruption by the regulators and politicians because they are only interested in the size of the fines or political gains by bashing the banks. Does anyone concern share holders' interest? The size of the fines is determined not by the 'crime' itself but by the maximum money they can get. There would be no fine if WBC made no profits, right?
