after my chapter of war and piece to company ( yes MD has wit) i simplified my question and had a reply along the line Wuhan and second Yunnan Lake was the 2 trails

i get your comments on the pipeline but as you say "my guess" we should be past the guessing game , that might be why sp preforming so bad and allowing shorter to go to work. if they know the price per ton in contracts but not total amount to be applied ( which is reasonably on some of this work but should have some idea) how do you then put figures on the pipeline ?
