If indeed they aren't looking at production starting until late 2021 there certainly isn't any screaming hurry to get the MMP approved.
One thing I noted in the Chairer's speech was that he said we were well-funded. How long for? Another three months, that's all. I wonder if anyone raised that issue? As I suggested recently, without a finance package in place by the end of February they're likely to be needing another capital raising - at 3c per share perhaps?
