I take it you weren't at the AGM being an exholder, thought it was very clear from posters who did attend that the board was taken to task at the very things you say they have not been, many holders have stated this in clear English, so to say they werent held accountable is a mistruth on your part unless you were there in person and have a different view to those as stated.
