Part of that 450M is sales target related so irrelevant risk for Acadia as high sales trigger equals profit to cover.
And NEU easily has the potential to be a blockbuster particularly is used to treat other spectrum disorders, even if off label. It could easily generate enough income to warrant an additional $7B MC down the track. It's totally speculative but that's where I got my example of potential from.
