Well, I’ll tell you what, if we are all still holders next year, we can coordinate this via email, appoint a proxy and have an independent vote. I was a proxy for this vote and this enabled a seperate listing on the vote count - hence I knew that every single one of my votes counted as I instructed. It is not a difficult problem to guarantee accuracy of the count once you have a proxy that isn’t the chairman. That said, I don’t think there is a conspiracy here, I just think that not enough votes were exercised in the negative. I didn’t get the feeling that management are inept or underhanded, I think they are honorable, but that doesn’t mean that shareholders need to sit by and just accept the status quo either - voting rights are exactly that, the ability to be heard.
