Well, significant outcomes from the voting at today's AGM:

1. More than 25% of votes AGAINST Resolution 1, which was for the Adoption of the Remuneration Report. This constitutes a first strike for the purposes of the Corporations Act; and
2. Over 30% voted against the re-election of Rhett Brans as director; and
3. About 37.5% voted against the approval for the issue of Performance Rights for Mr Peter Huljich.

This has sent a clear message to the Board that Shareholders are not happy and that they need to lift their game.
