I was a large holder in A company, and in the early days, it went from 1c to 6c and I was very pleased with myself. It then drifted all the way back to 3c, and to be honest I was bit depressed by that. I recall going to a gathering and a few of us asked the MD about the share price. He said- I don’t even look at the share. I am getting this business right, he said-the share price will then look after itself. It went to 87c within a few months. True story!
