Ultimately, this is not that surprising. Despite their statements otherwise it looks like ASM was working with the Tans and Somboon the whole time. All three are Thai, control over 50% of the shares (maybe) and decided to sort out their issues on their own.
The good news is ASM paid 14 cents for their shares, the Tans ~12 cents - so they both want to make more than that.
Either Htran is right, issues get sorted out and share price is going to 20 cents pretty quickly, or minorities get screwed. Good thing this company is listed in Australia.
