    Shellbell I am confident the PR will happen.
    During the AGM Rob Kil did a great job. He created open discussion which made it clear everything was available for us. All was transparent and they were not holding back on anything. Rob asked the questions and got honest answers. It was very clear after a while that there were no conspiracies or hidden agendas to fear. Everything was on the table for open discussion and they were also receptive to ideas.
    It came across very clearly that at the end of the day they want what we want! A higher share price!

    Rob also raised the need for a pro-active PR Agency and we were told the BoD were in discussion with one.
    When asked by Rob Kil when the discussions started - Stephen Bizzell said about two weeks ago.

    Non-Exec Director Mark Baker in a negative/dismissive voice said it would cost $50 or $60k which could have shut the conversation down. At that point I cut in and said I may be able to help with this.

    I can’t recall my exact words but made the points as below –
    I had an Advertising Agency many years ago and know how incredibly effective a PR Agency could be for LNY right now.

    We need to put these wonderful reports in front of non-shareholders. This would add value for the existing shareholders by creating more demand for LNY shares and therefore increasing the price of the shares.

    LNY has enormous potential. I said if we had had a PR Agency on the job for the last 12 months the share price could be closer to 10 cents right now! Our reports and ‘potential’ would take it there.

    A PR Agency would take the weight off the BoD when it comes to how best to present the reports and announcements.

    It would also get them in social media, conventional media, to analysts and most importantly non-shareholders.

    PR Agencies are very cost-effective at around $50,000 to create an initial plan and publicity push. Then around $8K a month to maintain a continual promotion of LNY in business magazines, newspapers, social media and to analysts.

    I suggested you can also create incentive bonuses eg if the price exceeds XX they get a bonus. Stephen Bizzell mentioned he was aware of that angle from a Canadian experience. Which impressed me.

    Stephen Bizzell listened carefully, was receptive and I believe understood the value of a PR Agency for boosting the share price and assisting with management of announcements/communications.

    I mentioned I took the liberty of contacting Sarah Broad of P4 Group a Brisbane based PR Agency to confirm current pricing. I have no previous connection or knowledge of the company. I asked Sarah to produce a one pager for them with her contact details.

    IMO the response from SB and others, except Baker, was positive.
    I handed 6 one pagers to Mark Baker for distribution to Stephen Bizzell and the board. He sat on them and shortly after I asked him a second time within earshot of SB, saying I would like SB to get one. He then handed SB a copy.

    Shellbel after the meeting I had a conversation with Stephen Bizzell. IMO he clearly understands the value an effective PR Agency can bring to LNY to improve communications and to boost share price. I believe Stephen Bizzell will make it happen.
