I just checked about where the information came from and it was from a shareholders group called "Drill PEP 11" now that sent out several unauthorised letters using the company logo around June 2018. Here are some announcements that support what I am saying. I will try and find that un authorized letter and post it so everyone can see what Breeze and associates were proposing re PEP 11 if they gained control of it, but the name of the share holder interest group says it all anyway..!! You should also note the references to the deceptive blue proxy form sent out to the shareholders by the group, which is exactly the same tactic that Fontaine used while he was at BUY, except it was yellow. I believe I still have it filed away somewhere.. As I do the blue one for MMR
