I think most of you all are in denial.
Most CRs are pushed down to the CR price, if not by traders definitely by shorters. That doesn’t mean the price won’t go up later.
At the best of times, no matter how good the company is, the share price will retreat.
Most investors don’t even need to subscribe, you can just buy them, at the CR price, on market.
