According to CommSec MLX has 9.2% Debt to Equity ratio. I have observed this number since the SP=21cents down to 10cents this figure were never changed. The Ann announce we have $35Mil debt to Citibank. I guess our real asset must be
9.2% of X = $35Mil. X present MLX Asset base on equity book.
Hence X=$32Mil/9.2% Therefore X=$347.82Mil. The capital market value is ridiculously cheap. It's no where near or tangible to the asset value.
Are there any Einstein here explain to me like a child why is it so cheap or no where near the tangible value. Am I missing something?
