I remember Phillip Daffas said a couple weeks for the Singapore and New Zealand about four months ago and we've only just now heard about the NZ contract. I also have a lot of doubt over a director communicating with a forum user. I understand there's history there, but tbh it actually makes me worried because it doesn't seem overly above board to be doing that. I was surprised it doesn't make anyone else uncomfortable.
