Somboon is not going to steal Star Vegas for cheap, any transfer of major assets will need to go through an EGM. Somboon only hold 18%, ASM hold 19%. If Somboon or a related party is to purchase Star Vegas, Somboon cannot vote his shares.. so no worry about dodgy deal between Somboon and ASM.. ASM alone cannot get the deal happening.
also, ASM are a professional group, they manage $1.2 billions worth of assets. They have a reputation to uphold. Their Donaco holding is only worth 3% of their total holding, they are not going to risk their reputation.
This stock never have any operational problems. it has always been profitable.
the problems this stock has are that its leadership team have big individual ego, these ego clashes.. resulting in major internal and extenal conflicts.. spilling over to operational problems and court cases.
whether minority holders like it or not, Donaco board will likely bring back Somboon's people on management contract. say 1/3 of profit if they meet certain key performance indicators. Like the deal we had back in 2015.. Then we'll all win.
