I agree with what some have said, inasmuch as I suspect that there were included some liabilities (tax liabilities?), as well as other assets.
Did COP do an adequate accounting of all that was included?

I would not be surprised if some dirty not-so little secrets are unearthed in the process... thus the willingness to go to the ICC, where the proceedings and ancillary findings are kept confidential, rather than a public court of law?
