I think you will find that they didn’t actually need the money earlier and the capital raising was only done once a deal was agreed upon with company X and That company X had a lot to do with sp going down before and after the CR also those involved in the CR also influenced the SP going down. This is a pill we must swallow and is part of life in a growing company. On the bright side all these parties want in on a share of Alcidion and will ultimately help push the sp up hopefully to new highs in the near future. IMO of course
