The two things that concern me are the risk of a contamination scare or product failure damaging their whole reputation, such as a faulty blood product which somehow slips through their systems, and secondly that they have recently eliminated the middleman (middleperson?) in China and are attempting to do it themselves - this is often a risky process if the middleman objects or has power to damage their brand there. Just my thoughts.
