Nice reminder. I suppose there is the option of GXY now just making a normal script TO for A40. After all A40 now has a short term loan with CHE and loans can be paid back.
I think that's unlikely though. Don't think GXY holders would support such a move now by their board.
Share price at posting was $1.64 - ouch. If a fair offer was made back then - then all of this mess could have been avoided. GXY shareholders should be asking their board some serious questions on this mess.
