I'm curious about posters thoughts on the strategy and success factors that will need to differ from the CHINA approach to embed FLC within the USA, if any?
The US is difficult because each state has its own validation process and standards. EPA does not have federal jurisdiction. So even if FC gets through Title 22 and accepted in California, is not necessary true that it is accepted in other states. There are so many additional hoops to jump through if you are a foreign entity. Even down to the local council level, their say-so (or rather nay-so) will be an obstacle if if they don't agree with the implementation of MABR if they are perceived to be stealing jobs from a local contractor. On top of that , we have to contend whether the state is red or blue. Democratic states don't like Israeli technology. If you think cracking China is tough, cracking the US is even tougher.
For now, FLC is targeting man camps. Less politically sensitive, fewer hoops to jump through.
