Maybe someone can explain something I has obviously missed. There was mention recently that ATC's sp could rise to about 20c if the cash raising goes to plan.What I do not understand is the correlation between the purchase price of the new shares in Germany a @ 1.10 euros which equates to $1.79 and the suggested sp here will only be approx. 20c. Can someone please explain why. Would be appreciated.
