To be 100% fair and balanced, if what they have done is reduce their cost base, that can only be a good thing.
However, what I'd really like to see is significantly positive operating cash flow generation over the next quarter - if this can be shown in their next quarterly report then I will believe that the turnaround is happening. As a reminder, in the September quarter operating cash flow generation was ($221k).
