Theres no reports I can see on the Bell Potter site. They probably rated it as a strong buy Apr - May 18 when it turned up from 700, but that only lasted a few months.
Might pay you to read the thread link I gave, I wasnt the only one who saw that report with the 10c target, apparently it was that Recognia software they use . In Apr 18 when it was 76c , Bell already had it in a lower bound range of .645
The point is Bell called it long term, and they were right.
