They are raising 5mil @25c and more importantly was already half covered by a few strategic conerstones insto's. This CR blindsided me too BUT, i think with the latest $1.8mil win and with only 2.8mil it is possible that they will need to pay for a lot of the build upfront. You do not want to operate a company of this size with say 1mil in the bank. Also does not hurt to have money up you sleeve if you have another acquisition in mind.

Everyone just needs to remember that since the last 2 CR's, the shareprice has gone up after each of them and they are bringing insto's on board
