The fiscal situation is as detailed. The interest terms are likewise though both are totally unsustainable for AVQ’s short or long term survivabilty.
The really incredulous & hard to fathom actions are RM’s consistent actions in sueing elected politicians, gov’t departs & dept heads willy nilly.
One would have to expect that the current SI gov’t leader will get totally fed up with these tactics.
With total operations shut down, no provincial business licence, no export licence, staff either dismissed, laid off or on some sort of unpaid leave & until the court determines AVQ’s future RM may incite such contempt that the SI gov’’t could rebuke or refuse his entry permit OR visa into SI & send him back to AUST.
Thin ice he plays on in my view.
