    Class C Performance Rights - Vests upon a JORC by July 2021 - So within 18 months management must believe JORC is probable - hint is in JP's on record estimate of known nickel - and the tonnage required to vest - therefore the SP is a steal at 12.5 cents relative to what it will be if (when) a JORC is announced.
