There are a few scenarios where this CR might make sense to me. Not a lot though. If it turns out to be a stupid reason, I will just be so disappointed given my current (very positive) perception of management. And all over $5m? I really hope there's a rock solid opportunistic use for it, outlined clearly tomorrow.
