Been slack with cooking lately, again busy with work and home reno's in my defence.
Use to do simple pasta with pesto, garlic and add some fish, prawns, or other seafood for a bit glam and protein.
I should start doing dishes like that again, relative quick if you have all ingredients on hand and I do have most.
Picked up some RTC pork ribs yesterday (3 racks) cooked them up last night and still have some for tonight
