Let's just break this down into real figures quickly.
Before tax (although I'm sure the BOD uses decent accountants and enjoys corporate lunches)
260,000 ÷ 52 = $5000 per week
+ 160000 (even though it's probably a lump sum, here it is included in salary)
= 420,000
÷52 = $8076 per week
I don't know about you guys, but I work solid 10 hour days for around 1.8k a week before tax. And I'm in a single income household. Things are tight. I would love to receive 8k a week in a role where my performance is not accountable.
Please give me a job like this.
