why would you take up the option when market is cheaper, board has shown support at option price and some have brought below option price
This is simple investment decisions by investors,if the price didn't drop below 23c it would been fully subscribed, this isn't the fault of the company nor the prospective size of the prize, it's manipulation imo
People are buying, it's just out of balance at present
