The $6 bottom in 2012 is starting to look like a magnet on the charts. Would expect a big predator to swoop if that level came into play. One of the jobs the board could implement to help clear the deck for any potential suitor is to rid itself of the flawed branch franchise model, close the unprofitable branches and offer redundancies to excess staff. Many of these franchisees are going broke or have gone broke.
A new broom starting from the top would sweep out the incompetent.
