As many people here seem to be confused with the reason why Yibin wants confirmation of the change from SAS to SA………..I thought I would call the Company this morning to get clarification. I left a message and Leonard Math called me back.

His response to my question:

“Before CATL or Yibin were involved, AVZ already intended to change the corporation of the Company to SA. The reason for this is for easier management of Dathcom………….whereby, the management of the Company has more power and doesn’t really require a Board of Directors in SA. This will reduce costs and AVZ will have more control in Dathcom.

Yibin wants to make sure that AVZ has control over Dathcom and hence they would like to see this change into SA as part of their CP.”

So there you have it………..nothing to do with the conspiracy theories and other crap posted here recently.

Changing this to SA actually favours AVZ as being the ‘Manager of the Project’
