Yeah maybe, maybe not. The presentation is inconsistent. You can not stamp them as prospective in one and some slides later put a time stamp on them, unless they "expect" them so sign a pilot agreement that then starts the next quarter. Who knows.
Sometimes I think it is done on purpose making statements that contradict themselves, so they can not be held accountable if something does not effectuate. They just point to the one slide or piece of information that is correct later.
