Here is also a subsequent link to a post by@CGBrep himself, acknowledging the emails I sent, however I STILL have not had any reply from the company. My question was, whether the company could provide the reasoning why the directors did not participate in the capital raise. This is not market-sensitive information as Neil suggests, and can quite easily be answered. A question about whether or not they participated in the capital raise could be considered market-sensitive, but we are so far beyond mandatory disclosure periods, we now know they did not participate. The reasons why, are not market sensitive.

So in summary, I followed the company procedures to contact the company directly numerous times and ask non-market sensitive or proprietary information - as per the company's instructions. It has been over 3 months and still no response. That speaks volumes in itself.

They had the option to participate in the capital raising as we know however due to the CR being oversubscribed they did the right thing by existing shareholders by allowing full take up by existing shareholders..its not their fault the global market tanked in the last 12 months and shareholders were repeatedly offered the opportunity to withdraw funds even with that the CR remained oversubscribed. yes its disappointing but it could have also gone the other way. stop complaining and take responsibility for your own investment not others. they dont have to buy shares on market to satisfy CGB shareholders anxiety..get a grip imo
