I assumed that you too would regard it as material whether 1.2 (c) provisions were already in effect.

And I thought that if you'd asked and if you'd told the forum what you discovered that, coming from you too, they'd have more confidence then if they were only hearing it coming from me.

Do you think it is of no consequence whether 1.2 (c)'s exclusions and restrictions are already in effect or not ?
