    So can someone explain how AVQ /RM is going to raise capital when it has
    a million dollar pa plus CEO,
    a million dollar plus fine imposed by the host country,
    has virtually no cash in bank,
    has ceased all operations,
    has closed all its main offices,
    has most likely let go all salary personnel & they lucky to have got out just in time
    and now any remaining expats including the genius million dollar CEO have been told to hand their passports over..........
