I am baffled how a corporate regulator of the whole market, the people that try to ensure market efficiency, is now being sued for abusing market power to gain confidential information an subsequently leaking it to short sellers. Can we just analyse this. They are not acting in good faith, breaching their own rules and going above and beyond against everything they are meant to be preaching. Those people would of got a massive payoff for leaking that.

ISX case is so compelling its not funny. If they don't walk away with a payout from this, then honestly, the world is broken.
