Ann: Commences Federal Court Action against ASX, page-69

I've worked on more than 100 court cases as an expert witness, so will proffer my view.

I think that this proceeding represents ISX exerting as much pressure on ASX as they possibly can to release themslves from suspension. It is the most "credible threat" available to them, but I doubt that ISX really wants to go to court. Instead, I imagine that they will happily settle before then (by gaining reinstatement etc).

However, I also think that ISX will fight this to the bitter end if need be, because they are otherwise at the whim of ASX....

Either way, this is a very strong sign that ISX has done nothing wrong, and that our hard-earned money is "safe" in this stock. Very pleased!
